We were tasked with highlighting that "Ouzeri tou Terzaki" remains a vibrant tradition in Heraklion, where every visit is an opportunity to experience authentic Crete through flavors that honor the past while looking to the future.
Their philosophy is rooted in simplicity and authenticity. The focus is on pure, local ingredients, carefully selected from local producers, ensuring that every dish is rich in tradition and authenticity.

MOTTO/SLOGAN

The choice of a slogan for the restaurant was obvious, considering its rich history and continuous operation for more than five decades. A restaurant that has stood the test of time and continues to attract customers with the same success must have found the secret to success. It is not just a place to eat, but a destination that embodies the gastronomic tradition and cultural heritage of Crete.
Adding the timeline "since 1978" to the slogan is a sign of long-standing presence and a way to emphasize the stability and trust the restaurant has earned over the years. A restaurant that has been operating for so many decades proves that it is doing many things right—from maintaining the quality of its ingredients and recipes to the personal care given to the customer experience.

LOGO

The logo of "Ouzeri tou Terzaki" was redesigned with an emphasis on preserving the authenticity and history that has accompanied the restaurant since 1978. Based on elements of the original logo, the new design maintains the identity of the establishment while modernizing it to meet the demands of contemporary aesthetics.
The use of typography reminiscent of the 1970s links to the restaurant's historical journey, enhancing the sense of nostalgia and timelessness. The lines are clean and simple, preserving the character of the authentic experience the restaurant has offered for over 50 years. The year "1978" was incorporated into the logo as a seal of reliability and quality, giving visitors the feeling that each meal is connected to a tradition of flavours and hospitality that has stood the test of time.

Quality is an integral part of the experience at Ouzeri tou Terzaki. The dishes are prepared with care and passion, using only the finest ingredients.
Customers can enjoy freshly caught fish, locally sourced meats, and a wide variety of traditional meze that pair perfectly with ouzo and raki. The menu reflects this philosophy in every way.
